Founding his first company in the U.K, Prajwal brings to the studio his wide range of knowledge from 2D foundation to the tail end of Post Production in films. He started out his career as Jr Compositor and quickly moved up to senior compositor during his time in London. He also has a short course in Character Animation from Animation Mentor where he gained the art of understanding animation from one of the best Mentors in the field. Having graduated from Bournemouth University, Prajwal realized his passion for entrepreneurship in 2018 when Plangle Studio was first conceived. “ PLA” being PLANAR and “GLE” being Angle “PLA + NGLE”. The company has grown from an initial 3-member team to the recent 13 members and counting. His vision is to make Mangalore a go-to destination for VFX in India and around the world. He also thinks the global market for IP creation using regional stories will be the way for the studio. When Prajwal is not at the studio, he is busy binge-watching Netflix, traveling the mountains, or technically analyzing the stock markets.
