Swaroop started off in the fashion industry at Top Notch fashions Pvt Ltd Bengaluru. She underwent thorough training at JP Morgan before pursuing her MSc in Finance from one of the prestigious universities in the U.K, Cranfield University. After graduation, she worked at Li and Fung as an Associate Research Analyst for a number of years. She spent a lot of time analyzing numbers and finally took the plunge to branch out on her own as co-founder of Plangle Studio Pvt Ltd. Swaroop has the fundamental finance approach to the Studio and helps out to weigh the pros and cons by the nos, having an eye for detail she helps out with the implementation of strategic ideas for the development of the studio. Whether it is the HR perspective or the accounting skills, Swaroop runs a tight ship being the COO. When Swaroop is not at the studio she is busy running operations on Coresight research services or cooking the best south Indian cuisines.
